Meet Chelsey, your Host 💛

  • Hey, I’m Chelsey!🌺

They say I’m 24 years old, but my soul feels ageless. After graduating, I knew the only route for me was to travel, learn about other ways of life, and somehow befriend change. Here I am, three years later, doing exactly that.

Whether we’ve known each other for five minutes or five years, I meet everyone the same way: with love, tenderness, and empathy. Because, well, we’re just reflections of one another. Sharing straws at our first meal together? Absolutely yes.

Life doesn’t have a ticking clock. Easier said than done, but there’s really nothing to rush, fear, or take too seriously. The small, precious moments paint the colorful picture of life — journaling at a new café that makes a foreign city feel like home, chatting with small shop owners who make finding the best food feel like a treasure hunt, and of course, wandering through grocery stores — because to me, that’s the best kind of culture shock.

As far as karaoke goes? Queue up Fergalicious and I singing faster than the speed of light!

Life is my time to shine, discover the most authentic version of me, and embrace the unknown. I love nothing more than being surrounded by people who do just that. So let’s hug super tight, laugh until we cry, wander with open hearts, and celebrate this beautiful gift called life!

Xoxo and see you on the road ✈️

✨Where the Wifi’s Weak but the Bonding is Strong✨

Somewhere between the jungle and the elephants 🐘🌳, we remembered what it means to truly feel

This isn’t just another Thailand trip — it’s raw connection. Think forest air 🍃, slow living ☀️, and real moments with elephants and locals who welcome you like family. Culture this deep? You won’t find it on a typical tour.

What’s waiting for you? 🌸

We’ll spend two dreamy days in Chiang Mai soaking up temples, tuk-tuks 🚖, and mango sticky rice 🥭 — then head deep into the cloud forest for something real.

You’ll live alongside the Karen community , sleep in homestays , learn to weave , cook with your host family 🍲, and reconnect with the wild. 🌿

And the best part? You’ll hike into the jungle to meet elephants 🐘 who’ve been rescued from captivity — no chains, no shows, just peaceful giants living free in the forest 🌳. You’ll walk beside them, not on them. ✨

This isn’t a tour — it’s a slow, soul-filling reset you didn’t know you needed. 💫

This is your place to be fully yourself 💖 No expectations. No judgment. No script. Just real girls, real moments, and a trip you’ll still talk about in ten years. 🌙✨✨

  • ✈️ Flights to/from Thailand

We don’t rush. From forest hikes to tea time in the village, this trip invites you to pause, breathe, and connect.

    🍲 Deep cultural immersion
Cooking, weaving, storytelling, and temple visits give you a true taste of Thailand — not the one sold on postcards, but the one locals call home.

💫 Itinerary: Step into the Wildest Chapter of your life

  • “Every adventure starts with strangers… and ends with family.” 💫

    ☀️ Morning

Arrival & temple wandering – Depending on when you land, you can settle in at the hostel or head into Chiang Mai’s Old Town. Golden spires, chanting monks, incense in the air… it’s the perfect first chapter to your Thailand story.

    🌸 Afternoon

🌿 Exploring town & hostel vibes – Check into our cozy hostel and meet your crew. If you’re not napping off the jet lag, wander Old Town’s tiny streets, sip a mango smoothie, or join one of the hostel’s free activities (yoga, anyone? 👀).

    🌙 Evening

🍲 Group welcome dinner – Pad Thai, beers, and those slightly awkward introductions that always end in laughter.
💆‍♀️ Thai massage – Time to relax, unwind, and let Thailand work its magic (yes, you’ll probably get bent into a pretzel).
🌙 Optional night market stroll – If the energy is high, we’ll dive into neon chaos, street snacks, and souvenirs. If not, early night — tomorrow the real adventure begins.

    Included Today

    • ⛩ Temple wandering – golden spires & Old Town magic
    • 🍲 Welcome dinner – our first feast together
    • 💆‍♀️ Thai massage – classic Chiang Mai reset
    • 🛏 Hostel check-in – free breakfast, yoga & good vibes

  • “Food tastes better when you make it yourself… especially with too much chili.” 🌶️😂

    ☀️ Morning

🍞 Free hostel breakfast – Ease into the day with a cozy breakfast at the hostel before heading out. Coffee in hand, smiles on faces, and maybe still laughing at last night’s massage stories.
Temple visits – We’ll explore Chiang Mai’s most beautiful temples, glowing golden spires, incense in the air, and maybe a few wise monks who’ve seen it all.

    🌸 Afternoon

🍳 Thai cooking class – Time to channel your inner chef! Learn to make Pad Thai, green curry, spring rolls (and probably set off a few chili-induced giggles). This isn’t just cooking — it’s a hilarious bonding moment where everyone’s dishes end up a little… “unique.” 😂

    🌙 Evening

🌙 Night market stroll – Think endless snacks, neon chaos, and bargaining your way into buying something you definitely don’t need but have to have.
💆‍♀️ Optional second massage – Because once is never enough. If your body is already addicted, who are we to judge?

    Included Today

    • 🍞 Breakfast – free & fresh at the hostel
    • ⛩ Temple visits – the magic of Chiang Mai’s Old Town
    • 🍳 Cooking class – your new chef skills (and laughs)
    • 🌙 Night market stroll – snacks, chaos, & souvenirs)

  • “Half the fun is getting there… especially when the ride feels like a road trip with new friends.” ✨

    ☀️ Morning

🚌 Chiang Mai → Mae Sot – Today we swap temples for mountain roads. It’s a 6–7 hour bus ride, but don’t panic — this is the fun kind. Think: winding green hills, sleepy villages flashing by the window, and your new travel crew passing around snacks like kids on a school trip. Pro tip: download a movie (or the same one as everyone else) and we’ll turn the bus into our own rolling cinema. 🍿🎥 Naps are encouraged too — the jungle adventure starts soon.

    🌸 Afternoon

🏨 Hotel check-in – We’ll arrive in Mae Sot and settle into our comfy hotel (yes, a real bed after hostel life 👏). You can stretch your legs, sip an iced coffee at a local café, or just flop on your bed and scroll TikTok guilt-free. This is your chill reset before things get wild again.

    🌙 Evening

🍲 Chill dinner – Nothing too fancy, just good Thai food, cold drinks, and easy conversation. We’ll keep it low-key tonight because tomorrow we head deep into the jungle. Early night? Optional. But trust me, you’ll want your energy. 🌿

    Included Today

    • 🚌 Scenic bus to Mae Sot – naps, snacks & movie night vibes
    • 🏨 Hotel stay – cozy, clean & central

  • “Hospitality isn’t a place… it’s people.” 💖

    ☀️ Morning

🍞 Breakfast in Mae Sot – Fill up, because today the real adventure begins. After breakfast, we hop into vans for a 2-hour drive into the mountains. The road winds higher and higher until Wi-Fi bars disappear and nature takes over. That’s when you know: you’ve left the tourist trail behind.

    🌸 Afternoon

🤝 Village welcome – Arriving in the Karen village feels like stepping into another world. Kids run barefoot, women weave outside their homes, and your new host family greets you with shy smiles that quickly turn warm. We’ll wander through the village, meet neighbors, and get a feel for daily life here — chickens, rice fields, jungle air and all.

    🌙 Evening

🍲 Home-cooked welcome dinner – Forget restaurants. Tonight, we eat around the table with our host family. Expect steaming curries, fresh vegetables, and a few flavors you’ve probably never tasted before. It’s not just dinner — it’s the start of feeling like part of the community.
🛏 Guesthouse stay – Tonight, you’ll fall asleep in a traditional village guesthouse. No luxury, but 10x more charm. Think: simple bedding, jungle sounds, and a sky full of stars.

    Included Today

    • 🚐 Transport to the Karen village
    • 🍞 lunch & dinner – all home-cooked
    • 🏡 Guesthouse stay – authentic, local, unforgettable

  • “Some moments don’t feel real… until you’re in them.” 🌿

    ☀️ Morning

🍳 Breakfast with your host family – A simple meal, shared with laughter and curious kids. Then, lace up your shoes: the jungle is calling.
🥾 Jungle trek – With local guides leading the way, we hike deep into the forest. Birds call, bamboo creaks, and the air feels heavy with life. And then suddenly… there they are. Elephants. 🐘

    🌸 Afternoon

🥗 Picnic lunch in the wild – We’ll eat surrounded by jungle green, with elephants nearby grazing and moving slowly through the trees. No cages, no tricks — just watching them live the way they should.
🐘 Time with the elephants – Learn their stories, understand their habits, and walk alongside them. You’ll never forget the sound of their footsteps or the way they look at you with gentle curiosity.

    🌙 Evening

🍲 Dinner back in the village – A hearty meal cooked by our host families, shared under dim light and jungle silence.
Evening vibes – Maybe someone pulls out a guitar, maybe we play silly card games, maybe we just sit under the stars. Either way, it’s magic.

    Included Today

    • 🍳 Breakfast, lunch & dinner – all included
    • 🐘 Full-day elephant trek & jungle picnic
    • 🛏 Village guesthouse stay

  • “Culture isn’t something you watch… it’s something you live.” 🌿

    ☀️ Morning

🍞 Breakfast with the family – Village mornings are slow. Roosters crow, smoke rises from cooking fires, and tea is always brewing.
🧺 Weaving workshop – The village women welcome us into their world, teaching how to weave baskets or textiles by hand. It’s humbling, messy, and surprisingly fun when your basket turns out… slightly wonky. 😂

    🌸 Afternoon

🥬 Farm visits & tea time – We’ll wander through small plantations, see how families grow food, and sip tea while locals share stories of life in the hills. It’s simple, honest, and feels like time slows down.

    🌙 Evening

Sunset temple walk – In the golden hour, we’ll climb to a peaceful temple overlooking the Myanmar mountains. The view? Jaw-dropping. The silence? Healing. The photos? Unreal.
🍲 Dinner with your host family – One last dinner in the village, shared with laughter, stories, and hugs that already feel like goodbyes.

    Included Today

    • 🍞 Breakfast, lunch & dinner – all included
    • 🧺 Craft workshop – weaving & basket making
    • 🥬 Farm visits & tea time
    • ⛩ Sunset temple walk with views over Myanmar

  • “All goodbyes in the jungle come with a promise to return.” 💫

    ☀️ Morning

🍳 Breakfast with the family – One last village breakfast before hugging your hosts goodbye. It’s never easy, but you’ll carry their warmth with you.
🚐 Drive back to Mae Sot – The ride feels shorter this time, maybe because your head is full of jungle memories (and your phone is full of elephant photos).

    🌸 Afternoon & Evening

Free time in Mae Sot – Back to cafés, streets, and Wi-Fi. From here, you choose your next move: catch a bus back to Chiang Mai, or stay an extra night in Mae Sot to rest and reset. Either way, the jungle stays with you.

    Included Today

    • 🍳 Breakfast with your host family
    • 🚐 Return transport to Mae Sot
    • ☕ Free afternoon to explore or plan your next step
